Welcome to My Heart My Love, specializing in customized heartfelt message gifts with jewelry, acrylics, artworks, and woodworks. We are Cyndy and Eric, a husband and wife team located just southeast of San Antonio, Texas.

We live away from the hustle and bustle of the city with 20 little legs currently running around here all day. That's 3 cats and 2 dogs of course. *smile* All of our kids are furry, have four legs, and are rescues. We support our local animal rescues at every opportunity. Sadly, we lost our 6th fur baby, Milo early in 2023. 

We have had a home-based business creating custom and personalized gifts and home decor for over 12 years, selling largely on Amazon and Etsy. In 2022, we decided to create the My Heart My Love brand and online gift store to give customers a reliable and trustworthy source for special gifts for family and friends. Our heartfelt message gifts are so popular that we now put our full-time effort into creating these meaningful gifts that we hope will foster happy memories for many years to come.

Everything we sell is created and/or assembled, and shipped in the USA. We design everything in our home location in Texas and ship from our home base in Texas as well as USA fulfillment partners in Florida and Pennsylvania to ensure the fastest delivery possible. We offer free economy shipping throughout the continental U.S. 

We are dedicated to an excellent customer service experience. It would be unrealistic to guarantee 100% perfect customer experiences. However, we can guarantee that in the very rare instance that anything goes wrong, we will quickly do whatever is in our power to make it right.
