My wife really liked the hearts necklace and that she could wear it closed or open. I like the fact that it was easy to order, delivered within days and the biggest plus?.....It comes with a gift box, tissue paper, ribbon and a card. No hassle and pressure trying to find wrapping paper, a box or gift bag. Makes it much easier.
I really liked the Valentines gift I was able to get my wife. She really liked it and thought the saying was perfect. I recommend your products for certain

My item was lost in the shipping era, so I called, and got an immediate response from my heart my love they were prompt to the point, and very apologetic, they said they would make some calls and track it thereselves well they did just that and within the same day i got a call back along with a email, and within 2 days just before xmas I got my gift for my wife, i will be doing more business with this Family owned company from now on, thank you my heart my love.
She absolutely loved it the only complaint I have which has nothing to do with your product is the usps. I tracked the package which went from texes to San Fran to Oakland to San Jose back to San Fran then finally to salt lake and to Wyoming where we live. I’m not sure what the additional cost would be to change to a different delivery method but I’d be willing to pay it. Thanks again love your product
